Welcome to the NZ 6 Day Ultra Marathon
29th September - 5th October 2025
Get ready to challenge yourself with the ultimate endurance event! The NZ 6-day Ultra Marathon and shorter timed events, are designed for athletes of all levels, who are eager to push their limits and embrace the spirit of endurance.
In the format of the traditional 6 Day Ultra Marathon, now expanded to include the 72 | 48 | 24 Hour Events, you elect your event and run or walk a 2.1614km / 0m elevation loop, to challenge your mind as well as your body.
At the end of every 2km loop, you pass through "The Hub", where there is food, drink and the opportunity to have a rest or a sleep.
You run, walk, rest when you want. No whistles every hour, no check point cut offs, no dehydrated food, no one left behind, no stress.
The Event is fully catered and the only cut off is the final whistle.
Enjoy the shared camaraderie, supporting each other as you loop together, never alone.
How far can you go?
“Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go"
[T.S. Elliot]
